He's not the most optical defendant admittedly, but the charge was for burning the flag, maxed for his priors & then doubled as a hate crime It was clearly pour encourager les autres

Does anyone believe if he burned, say, a Papal flag, he would’ve gotten 15 years? Bennett, you mentioned something about the publick defender having a conflict of interest- source?
