#barnlaw update: attended zoning meeting, selectmen have the ZBA chair on a very short leash, with the town's lawyer sitting at the table, watching over him

. ZBA chair wouldn't make eye contact with me, looked defeated.

2/ One member not present, so chair announced "I'm rescheduling the Corcoran case til next month". I bellowed from the audience "you're going to VOTE on that, right?" He didn't snap back or try to cut me off, he just agreed "Yes, we're voting. " So, one month delay.

3/ I'm responding to that by * submitting another three part FOIA / RSA 91-A request * asking my lawyer to start a lawsuit over a previous unanswered 91-A request * asking my lawyer to start a lawsuit for a teardown order

4/ Enough of this stalling and nonsense. ZBA chairman's broken defeated look was an appetizer, but I'm hungry for a 9 course meal. Also talking to a reporter at a local newspaper next week.

7/ I haven't totaled it up, but probably something like $15 - 18k in direct dollar costs, and perhaps $15k-20k more on top of that, if you include my labor at average industry rates. ...and, yes, I hope to sue the town at the end and get reimbursed.https://twitter.com/strawman2222/status/1415320905279053824 …
