4/ There are anthologies being published this day - Clarke's World, Best SF of 202_, etc. ...but there's always room for more. Many anthologies have a theme, or an ideological bias. The theme I want for my anthology is that the stories are good.

Even better, if you can raise their profile then they can do Kickstarters for their own books. Classic low volume / high margin strategy.

Yep, a lot of what I'm trying to do in my thought experiment is not just get people one solid paycheck, but do it in a really publicizing way!
