3/ my thesis predicts that if people are given a job with more agency (which is also perhaps more mentally exhausting) they are more likely to outsource high agency cooking, but if given a job w less agency, are LESS likely to outsource high agency cooking

A few years back when I was working a contract job for 60 hrs/week, plus commuting 15 hrs/week, plus working a second job on the weekend, yes, I paid farm hands to mow my lawn.
