2/ small corners of the world beautiful? I look at the above pix, and I - of course - absolutely love them. None of us is rich enough to own a mile of ocean coast and build a stone wall and a private road along side it ... but we could plant gardens, have a small house, etc

3/ Beautiful gardens and houses and stone pathways aren't achieved by voting, or by demanding that city planners DO SOMETHING !!!1!! that's hysterical estrogen soaked behavior the way to get these things ... is to DO them.

4/ consistently, week after week, year after year. Building rock walls, clearing brambles, planting gardens, watering plants, weeding. I realize that not everyone owns their own land ... but you can work towards that, and then - once you do - you can build.
