Next zoning board meeting a week from today. 99.9% chance that they just ratify their decision to issue a variance 2 months ago...but this time fix a few of the more glaring procedural flaws. Won't really help them in court - there are a dozen more that they can't fix.

2/ However, it will be interesting to watch. Minor details...do they still push the charade 4-1? Does the one good guy flip under arm twisting, so they win 5-0 ? Or does the one guy who already wavered (abstained on a followup vote) defect and variance is granted just 3-2?

yeah the attempt to change the zoning code back in Jan/Feb/March took me totally by surprise, but I pivoted and responded to it I'm curious what other jokers they've got in this stacked deck
