Next zoning board meeting a week from today. 99.9% chance that they just ratify their decision to issue a variance 2 months ago...but this time fix a few of the more glaring procedural flaws. Won't really help them in court - there are a dozen more that they can't fix.

there are known unknowns and unknown unknowns. Known unknowns: * does neighbor lose in court, then appeal to appeals court? * does town issue tear down order, or do we have to sue? * does town try to change the zoning code AGAIN in March 2022? Unknown unknowns: ???
