3/ turns out that doing a $100k kickstarter + $30k more at Backerkit, and then trying to fulfill it all via screen scraping scripts that inject $40+k of orders at Amazon at > 1 / minute stress tests ALL SORTS of things - debit cards, Amazon heuristics, etc.

4/ also, I think that I accidentally shipped
@AetherCzar two sets of the books when he ordered just one set, and@Sull2L got an extra Aristillus book for some reason. Spot checking stuff shows no other errors. Huh. Stress tested my scripts too, I guess. /shrugShow this thread -
5/ On the bright side, another $5,000 of orders posted to my credit card, so I paid that off ASAP this morning, and am now running a script to tell Amazon "every order that failed bc it couldn't charge? Try again w this credit card."

The other fun takeaway is that whenever you do anything that you've never done before The Algorithm thinks you're a different person. Lesson to learn and apply in all aspects of life: ramp up big changes slowly so you can teach The Algorithm about the new you.
