srs, tho, to sperg out about "full of evidence", the most recent ZBA meeting said that they were overturning their previous issuance of a variance (bc of my objections) and scheduling a new h̶e̶a̶r̶i̶n̶g̶ meeting to reconsider it. Wait...why did I cross out the word "hearing"? >

turns out that in NH state law there is a crisp distinction: a hearing accepts evidence, a meeting does not. My lawyer looked at this and say "THIS ... is weird. They can do it, but it's rare. Like ... I've never seen this happen before. Wow" Town's atty is fully in the loop

and...presumably...read my objections / request for a new decision, and also watched the video of the absolute train wreck / dumpster fire. So ... SOMETHING is going on behind the scenes. We'll find out in 4 weeks.
