Just make one from the scrap dough and put it on the last sheet. It's not like it's going to be a full sheet anyway. It's not perfect, but still delicious.

If someone were *really* bad at making biscuits and had to do this multiple times after cutting, each subsequent rolling would have more gluten formation than the previous. I guess you'd just have hard tack, and maybe you would throw it out and never be allowed to bake again.
