I've seen so many videos and reports referring to grain-finished animals as "grass-fed". The Irish are getting "Irish Grass-fed Beef" a European standard even though their standard includes parking cows in a barn for months and feeding them up on cereals.

I don't use cereals at all for beef. This is the old interpretation of grass-fed, used by people to differentiate from regular beef. Order definitely matters. a 90-day cereal finishing program will add way more PUFAs and also change the flavor profile.
