2/ Total screw job. ZBA chair helped my neighbor make his case, attacked me, interrupted me, claimed 10 year old precedent cited in the ZBA manual was wrong, claimed that he didn't know what the ZBA manual was, said that the town issued Cease & Desist was "hearsay".

3/ So, first step is I appeal back to the same ZBA, in a month. They refuse to rehear. Then I sue the town again. That's gonna cost another $15k. Sigh.

Dude, you gonna run another postcard campaign? “The city is wasting your tax dollars in an insider deal” Or do I have to wait for the updates to the homestead book?

Not sure. Appeal to ZBA first, then a lawsuit.

Fair. Not a litigation lawyer so don’t know the issues of pumping my own case though I can see them. But doesn’t mean the public can’t. Hmm.
