I just used Backerkit to send links to ~1,500 backers to http://dropbox.com , where I've uploaded copies of the Escape the City ebooks. Currently talking to logistics companies for help with shipping the ~3,000 hardcopy books.

11/ shipping schedule maybe looks like this: 3-5 days to hear back, pick a logistics co 0-1 days to place massive orders at Amazon and Lulu, shipping to logistics firm ~7 days for POD printing 7 days for pallets to arrive at logistics firm 7 days for logfirm to reship

17/ OOOOOOOOFFFFF I decided to upgrade the book size from 6"x9" to 8.5" x 11" at customer request ... and also, prices have been going up up up over the last year just plugged numbers into a spreadsheet and it looks like cost overruns are about $20,000 OUCH
