2/ the conspiracy theory that the vaccine contains a microchip is hilariously derp biosensors, on the other hand, have been around for decades https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biosensor and the fact that a new one has been developed is interesting, but not surprising or shocking

3/ The conspiracy claim has absolutely nothing to do with the biosensor fact, and I am, again, honestly confused at what juxtaposing the two is supposed to imply. Is it intended as a refutation of the rebuttal of the conspiracy theory?

4/ "Ha, ha, no, the chip-in-the-vaccine *** IS TOO *** real, and if you don't believe me, just look at the right hand news story that explains that chips that DETECT the disease can be mounted in lab diagnostic equipment" Is THIS the implicit claim?

The idea that microchips are being planned. At least, that’s what I gather. I also think the left image is mocking people’s valid concerns about microchip implantation.

I think it's just mood affiliation or, to steelman beyond the limits of reason, you could say that the core of the "chips in the vaccine" conspiracy theory is something like "they'll force you to get a chip implanted using covid as excuse", ->

and the invention of an implanted chip that is somehow related to covid treatment opens the possibility that someone somewhere might force you to get it
