Here's how it's going. Nine months ago, I started off with 30 lbs on the bench press machine, 30 lbs on the shoulder press, and other light stuff. This week's accomplishments: deadlift: 245 lbs x 3 reps bench press: 145 lbs x 3 reps military press: 110 lbs x 3 reps
