I remember ages ago some college students were going door to door arguing some voter ID bill was racist and furthermore anti military. They gave me 6 pages of propaganda arguing their case. Nowhere in the pages weas the text of the bill. I shrugged, went inside, and googled.

The text of the bill was half a paragraph. It could have fit on an index card. And never once in their copious cornucopia of literature could they be bothered to so much as quote a fragment of it out of context, let alone print it in its entirety. Didn't make a good impression.
