just carried ~800 lbs of beef down to the the basement and stored it in freezer #2 man, that was a bit of a workout

slightly confused by a few things: * there was a LOT of ground beef - more than I expected * bones, heart, and tongue were supposed to be included, but weren't so...talking to the butcher now to figure it all out (this is what I get for outsourcing butchering after 7 yrs !)

Sorry. You're right. That was certainly exactly what I meant. We add plenty of pig to our venison ground, for the fat content.
