Not really my place to say, as I'm not religious, but isn't pride a "deadly sin"? I completely relate. I don't get angry, I just feel extreme frustration about it sometimes. The only thing stopping me from ranting is that I can't really decide that it furthers any of my goals.

That’s why I’ve learned to say, “Huh, I thought X, is it really Y?” and let the person I may be correcting give me their reasoning/evidence. I often learn X isn’t wrong, but Y is also correct in some cases. Or the person goes, “huh, I just thought Y” and we look for the answer.
