Still deeply uncertain what's happened to deadlifts for me. Current plan is taking sixty pounds off the bar--and I'm not pulling a mountain, that's a substantial proportion--and try rebuilding to what seemed almost easy a couple months ago.

/That/ could plausibly be it. I've been having intermittent garbage sleep and insomnia. Not feeling tired through the day, so it wouldn't have occurred to me.

ok, I've got $1 on that I was getting 4-5 hrs, wasn't tired during the day either [ got tired in the evenings ] but lifts went to !@#
