It's a rhetorical trap. Consider 'all X are Y'. A single 'X not Y' lived experience disproves it. If you say 'some X are Y' some wanker with an 'X not Y' will pop up to yell at you about how you're minimizing their lived experience and are horrible. It's mostly used in bad faith.
