/ I've got a CNC machine I built from a kit with terrible ergonomics - the keyboard and monitor sit atop the machine bed. This must be a solved problem that sysadmins face in server rooms all the time, right? I think I want a monitor stand & keyboard tray.

/ The physical API is this: I have a big plywood box (the base) with a vertical side panel made of plywood that goes from the floor to 3' above the floor. I need something that will bolt to that, and then give me a tray and monitor at standing height. What to use?

/ this? https://www.amazon.com/VIVO-Adjustable-Workstation-Standing-STAND-SIT1DD/dp/B07L5QQL5H/ref=sr_1_16?crid=388LTYFWMJNMV&dchild=1&keywords=keyboard+monitor+tray&qid=1612347453&sprefix=Keyboard+monitor+tr%2Caps%2C331&sr=8-16 … something else? I want the RIGHT thing, and am happy to spend $50 more to do it right. 50% good enough is false economy. Recommendations, friends ?

/ Two slight complications: - many monitor arms are designed to be clamped at the BACK edge of the desk. This is more like the FRONT edge. - because the CNC gantry will be traveling back and forth, I want to avoid intruding in the space behind the vertical plane.

/ There IS no nearby desk, and draping cables all over is horrible and even the idea of it makes me break out in hives and the RIGHT SOLUTION is obviously to have a monitor and a keyboard attached and in the air.https://twitter.com/Wfflthebffl/status/1356916540759805952 …
