If we have a logical statement "If X, Therefore Y", the statement only applies "If X". The whole of the logic chain rests upon the "If" of "Free Trade" being trade without limits.

no, it does not "if this apartment allows dogs, then I will rent here" this apartment allows dogs, as long as they have not previously bitten toddlers on the face WELL, I SAID I WOULD ONLY RENT IF IT ALLOWS ALL DOGS, EVEN CHILD KILLING ONES this is so tedious I'm out
