I suspect the butchering days don't /really/ count as taking the day off? I've heard creatine is best daily, like you're doing, but I never remember it when I'm not about to workout

yeah, I had the same thought re butchering days - especially once I realized that they easiest way to move a sheep from gantry crane to butcher table was to do a 1 arm 100 lb mil press and then walk 40 feet w the gambrel overhead :) and yes, re loading

apparently it takes 2-3 days to reach saturation, and then you want to continue daily > never remember it I'm trying to treat it like a vitamin - just a thing I do 7 days per week

Yeah, it currently lives with the protein, and gets triggered then, but I've been thinking of doing exactly that--moving the jug to one of the "every day routine" piles.

I've got this meta belief that most problems are best solved with process In a conversation w

s/solved with process/solved with tech, if possible, but if not, then solved with process

Sounds correct to me. People sometimes say they're impressed with my self-directed dedication to making art, and I'm always like, man, I just built a life where art stuff keeps happening on its own, so I'd better do it.
