This whole thing reminds me a bit of that time when someone On Here claimed that a "buttered roll" was a unique cuisine to their particular area of the Midwest or something. I don't remember all of the details but it was fantastic drama.

I have a relative who tells me every few months that NH has these things called "diners", and they've got huge menus, and you can order anything you want and I nod, then say "other places have diners" "no they don't. NJ has diners." I tried something new last time >>>

"Only NJ has diners" oh? ok, cool ... hey, speaking of diners, I've never seen it, but apparently there's this TV show with some dude Guy Fieri called "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives", and he stops at those places all across the country - ? "oh, yeah, I've seen it. Great show!"
