Related view - Seeing like a Tyrant: Everything is evaluated in terms of its compliance with relevant authorities. Captures coordination of info and action from authorities. Completely incapable of processing tradeoffs, evaluating competence.

Thinking about how to generate examples. - Systems that reward use of compressed models. - Artificially accelerated feedback loops. (Rewards based on internal models instead of external results) - Low internal cost/benefit viscosity. (Decouple reward from individual action)
