If it were "some networks" rather than "THE networks", this might be a useful report. But the use of the definite article flags it as a conspiracy theory: every THEM is all THEM. And note how this firm certainty is combined with the weasel word 'indications'.

The juxtaposition of certain conclusions ("the") with waffly evidence ("indications") tells you it's cherry-picking. Slightly more honest cherry-picking than usual, maybe, or maybe just making a Chomskyesque pantomime of reasonability.
