1/ A week or so ago I was using my Bridgeport to make a tong rack for my forge, so that I could make a hook for wife's kitchen apron. ...and in so doing, I was forced to confront the fact that my end mills are stored in a cardboard box, like some hobo. Gotta fix that.

2/ Not sure how the Real Machinists of Yore solved this problem, but I'm thinking just grab a scrap of MDF, maybe 12" x 12", lay out a grid of holes on a 1" or 1.5" spacing, and drill holes. That should be a fun little project.

That's why it's hanging from your French cleat wall, so you can pick it up and move it over to your milling machine. And then hang it back up so you know where everything is.
