she left behind tons of stuff, inconveniencing me, and kept coming back for it during one of these trips she unbolted hardware from the barn and stole it then 2 months later she wanted some antique plows that she'd left in the barn I told her to !@# off

Yikes. Entitled and stupid. Even I know If you leave your stuff on the land during the sale, you better have an agreement in writing about how it’s going to be handled, or it becomes their stuff. (Effectively, even if I’m not sure on the legal aspects...)
