It's 3.5 weeks until the zoning board meets and Barn Neighbor presents his case for a variance. I've already given the board members copies of my 15 page legal rebuttal. I'm curious if any of them have read it yet. Further curious if there've been any "oh, !@#" moments.

4/ I can imagine being in their shoes. "We do what we want". OK, fine. ...but if someone hit me with a load of well researched cites to laws which absolutely blew anything else I'd ever seen out of the water... I'd pause.

7/ of me being able to sue them for unconstitutional behaviors, which lets me recover ALL of my costs (layers, surveyors, etc.). Worse is better, baby.
