GP Meh. They're not that good at it tbh. At least not anymore. They're all (or mostly all) desk jockeys with a State Dept. mindset. And I'm not sure I'd classify all or any of those things as conspiracies, honestly. Secret acts of government, sure.

> Secret acts of government, sure. ok, then I'm not talking about a "conspiracy" either, I'm talking about "secret acts of the Democratic party"

Not the entire purpose. Covert Ops is certainly a big part, but gathering intel from open sources is a surprisingly-large part of what they do.

I've noticed that the defense against being caught up in very real .gov conspiracies and their more banal "sharks swimming toward blood" evil is the same. Don't go swimming with open wounds around sharks. The victims of most of these conspiracies had pre-existing conditions

Technically, no conspiracy unless the things you’re agreeing to do are crimes. So, Bombers? No. Tuskegee? Yes. MKULTRA (& CIA generally)? Maybe/probably. Bay of Pigs? There’s no such thing as international law, just what strong countries let each other to do to weaker countries.

you're using the word "conspiracy" as defined by US law I'm not; I'm using it as defined by the dictionary.

It's almost as though the existence of the term "ballot stuffing" is itself evidence that political hacks have been known to do sleight of hand with the tabulation process.

Funny, when my dad went to Northrop Aircraft in 1987 to interview, there was a billboard outside the building advertising the ATF program (YF-22/23), funny way to hide a conspiracy.

sorry, meant F-117, which was classified for the first ~8 years of flight
