#BarnSaga update:
today was the "site walk through" where the ZBA and I joined Barn Neighbor to walk his property
...and it was a complete fiasco, and made it clear that the fix was already in
ZBA head got out a tape measure to measure barn setbacks (already done via survey)

8/ ZBA is the Zoning Board of Appeals. Neighbor wants to build a barn in a location where the 20 year old zoning law forbids him. He violated the law and a cease and desist and already did so. He now needs a variance to escape a tear down order. https://twitter.com/MgFeSiOH/status/1336426635852181506 …

9/ Setbacks exist town wide and exist to preserve property values, and to prevent run off issues. His terrible barn affects my property values, and destroys my driveway.pic.twitter.com/s1DWsPV6o4

10/ He's got 1.6 acres. He admits that he could build it in a legal location. He just doesn't want to. Problem is that the ZBA is violating the law.

11/ I'm not a fan of gov regulations either, but they existed before either of us bought the land, and they apply to both of us - his property value is protected by restrictions on me, and mine by restrictions on him. He's unilaterally defecting https://twitter.com/MgFeSiOH/status/1336427587082596358 …

my farm is owned under my own name and tax records are public so it would take 15 minutes to find my home address I'm trying to keep it there, at 15 minutes, and not reduce it to 2 minutes
