5/ Also, in what world are "I just want to be a good neighbor" and "I believe in conservation" at all relevant to the allegation "the zoning code says that driveways have to be 16' wide, and your easement, bounded by stone walls on either side, is 10' wide" ?

The last time someone cited a law to me I asked them to tell me the section so I could look it up and I could tell that particular counter-spell had never been used against her. (There was no existing statute that said what she claimed).
