Basically any workout plan does the job if you do it for 30 minutes a day. You must do it 4-5 days a week. Workout videos on YouTube. Pelaton. Training classes via FaceTime. Running. Body weight. It all works. What doesn't? Watching cute girls workout while eating nachos.

I’ve gone super minimal and just do like two-three sets of five swings, alternating days x single and two handed. Add in a couple getups or military press sets. The beauty of that is you can do it every day StrongFirst has a great video kb course.
