Cleaned most of the stuff and trash out of the BnB, to the point I can actually start cleaning. I've got a task ahead It took me about a year and a half of full time work, with great generosity from handy friends and family, to get this space together. Took them three days -_-

So, I have documented & submitted a reimbursement request to the guests. They have three days to agree, counter, or refuse [they will choose option 4, ignore], at which point I can escalate to Airbnb, who may pay at their discretion; they've been good when I've had issues before
