Though the relevant precedent is "government can and still does lie in court" and I'm not sure how you'd possibly overturn that.

There's some argument that Korematsu has been rejected by SCOTUS if not wholly overturned. The issue is that this is dicta and the issue was not before the court at that time. Part of the problem is defining what getting it wrong actually means. Not everything morally wrong can be made illegal at the time, and sometimes never. Lots of people who claim to oppose the death penalty march side-by-side with people who support slavery.
