Hardly. The exact purpose of a contract is to be exhaustively definitive, and the M&M clause was explicit if weird and dropped in the middle. This quotation is so vague that the only context in which it is a suitable test is in explicit rote, such as a poem or speech.

True, implying that tests are not about objective knowledge of an area of study but about listening to instructions and interpreting how to frame to get best results. Tests "test" how good you are at making your teacher happy, and in the future, your boss.
