4/ I have balanced my checkbook to $0.00 error for 30 years. It seems reasonable that ballots should have serial numbers, be time stamped, etc, and be reconciled to, say, 1 error per 50,000 ballots printed / cast.

Also note the he got caught because he forgot to forge ANY signatures in the poll book, and 100 votes with only 40 signatures is too blatant to ignore. How many more are there that do the minimum amount of forgery?

I work in a regulated industry and now my instinctive response to any claim about records is "I'm from Missouri". "Well they said..." No, fucko. Give me the SOP. Give me the validation records. S H O W M E.
