14/ I have zero proof ... but to my mind it is a far easier to swallow the theory "people have incentives and bend laws" than "first time voters broke 117:1 for Biden ... and ALSO didn't know how to fill out more than one oval".

Yes, agree here. I've been astonished by people pretending to believe you can't pay 10 true-believers, or 10 moderate believers who need money, $0.25/ballot to fill in 10,000 scantron circles each.

I don't know what GA ballots are like, but every state I've lived in had a straight party line option that would take precisely the same effort as a vote for Biden.
