So, can he just pick it up/dismantle it and move it to a compliant position?

"just" but, yes he'll need * loggers to clear land * earth movers to remove stumps / flatten * new concrete foundation * crane to dismantle * crane to reerect it's going to be ab absolute disaster this is a HUGE industrial building 40' wide 60' long 25' tall (2+ stories)

it's full of broken down cars it's AMAZING * no concrete floor, just dirt * walls don't reach ground ; light leaks out ; boards leaned up against gaps * panels aren't on straight * it has TWO foundations (one legal, one illegal) and doesn't fit either, so panels are cut to fit

but on the bright side, the foundation blocks the natural drainage from my driveway, and 1,200 square feet of roof drain right on my property line, so my driveway turns into a swamp in the rain now!pic.twitter.com/T3tpIPUhsV

Ooof... RIP your driveway. Ours had similar problems when we took over the property. Genius who owned the house for 20 years prior “solved” the issue by “paving” with layers & layers of used roof shingles.pic.twitter.com/PhZSJWlGDK
