"just" but, yes he'll need * loggers to clear land * earth movers to remove stumps / flatten * new concrete foundation * crane to dismantle * crane to reerect it's going to be ab absolute disaster this is a HUGE industrial building 40' wide 60' long 25' tall (2+ stories)

it's full of broken down cars it's AMAZING * no concrete floor, just dirt * walls don't reach ground ; light leaks out ; boards leaned up against gaps * panels aren't on straight * it has TWO foundations (one legal, one illegal) and doesn't fit either, so panels are cut to fit

oh, no, most of his garbage is out in the yard still he needs a place to tinker with some of his garbage out of the rain
