I'm relaxing today. I'm going to put a couple more bird houses together but I have to rest & ice my elbows. Lifting a glass of water is crazy painful. I'm too young to be worrying about mobility. I know we all have pains, I'm not looking for sympathy here.

I'm just airing out my brain. It helps me focus. You all know I'm a fairly active person. Sitting around kick starts the downside of my bipolar so basically I'm damned if I do / don't. I'm 45, I should not be worrying about what I'll do when I can't even assemble a birdhouse.

My treatment options are extremely limited as well because of my bipolar treatment, nerve damage treatment & having to jump through SSDI hoops to stay whithin their guidelines. Icing my elbows used to help but not anymore. I rested them all last winter for nothing.

I can handle the pain. Like a lot of you, I've been in physical pain for over 12 years. My issue is, my hands are going numb. There are times I can't handle simple tools. You know I'm happiest when using my tools. So what now?

This sucks, man. You're not asking for sympathy, but I'm giving it anyway.
