Obviously lots to discuss with the Artemis Accords, but here are some phrases (highlighted) which I find notable...

Artemis accords seem to be mere basic principles, not really obligating partners to any contractual performance (quid pro quo), merely shared understandings of the current state of space law, and other norms they would like to see observed.pic.twitter.com/yf4Ty8TKmM

I was surprised to learn that the Artemis Accords applies not just to the Moon, but is quite expansive and broad, all across the solar system...pic.twitter.com/dyBEzlvZpd

Quite explicit incorporation of lunar heritage, which is sure to make
@ForAllMoonkind happy, but likely irk libertarian space developers - who just want to drill it all up..pic.twitter.com/LX8KnGYydJ

The section on space resources is very interesting. Extraction is not appropriation. This is also bolstered by the treatment of safety zones. The transparency in part 3 was unexpected, but welcome (and gels with the principle of transparency, now that I think it through).pic.twitter.com/W8hJl117Bx

Art. 10(4). This is quite logical, that the actual actors who use space resources would use their insights and practice to further develop rules on a broader, more inclusive basis.pic.twitter.com/OSIToe0zzV

Section 11. Deconfliction of Space Activities. Wow, this is the longest & most complex section. Obviously a lot to really dig into and consider. I first noticed the explicit statement that safety zones are not meant to be permanent.pic.twitter.com/PZzQpZ6Wle

Replying to @ChrisJohnsonEsq
I can see an SF story… one lonely miner, left on a failing lunar claim to perpetuate the fiction that the Safety Zone is being used for active resource extraction. No budget for personnel rotation. One supply rocket a year…
