Not wanting to deal with yet one more bill is pretty neurotypical. That's why most "luxury" services want to automatically bill your credit card - that folds it into a bill you're already paying and makes it that much less fuss.

The thing that sets you apart is where you draw the line between "I'll do without" and "Having this is important enough to deal with monthly payments". For most people in the US, a car is definitely important enough.
