I guess this marks me as old and out of date, but I remember the good old days when couples would just discuss this sort of stuff via email or twitterhttps://twitter.com/amelapay/status/1312058466383597568 …
Byrne is in the business of talking about business, doing case studies, explaining stuff. Especially stuff that is online, or embedded in the information economy. It seems 100% obvious that sooner or later he's going to turn the lens on his own sector / his own newsletter.

I'd bet $20 that Byrne isn't going to "air family laundry", but that he is going to explain how the newsletter business model works in general (existed for 50 yrs), how his works in specific, etc. This is obvious and good. My homesteading book talks about my homestead.

I think there's some sort of moral argument you're making, based on an assumption that I think is probably false, that Byrne is going to give screencaps of his check book and balance sheet, etc. sharing personal information. ...and that this is "Bad".

I mean I look like the culprit here, there's a read of that tweet that makes me look bitchy, but anyone who "knows" us i.e. follows either of us for a while would also know better

I don't think it's too early for me to start drinking yet. That's my final contribution to the discourse.
