Took about two years, but I was able to get a small bnb carved out and running after ≈6 months, and took back one of those post-college drifters who asked if it was still a rental for six months.

Like the part I live in, it's a Frankenstein of salvage and closeout stuff, but I aimed for a bit more of a Fussy Grandma's House aesthetic as a way of gently screening out bad BNB guests
