16/ Has Gil tried to settle out of court with me? NOPE! He still has no idea what he's dealing with. And, besides, at this point, the ram has touched the wall. http://www.perseus.tufts.edu/hopper/text?doc=Caes.+Gal.+2.32&redirect=true …https://twitter.com/KJTwitty/status/1306224268401954817 …

17/ Injunctive relief, bare minimum. On both this and several other issues. - barn comes down - foundations are dug up and removed - mountains of scrap metal and dead vehicles removed (under a separate law he's violating) if he ends up having to sell the house, so be it... >

I’m a country boy. Morlock is fitting in nicely, and just establishing his “don’t f with me” boundaries. Barn Guy, the newer neighbor, tried to assert dominance over the [relatively] old timer. Much friendly advice & help (& $!) was offered to keep the peace, rudely declined.

Morlock has spilled many bytes addressing that notion in excruciating detail and repetition. Upshot: there are rules the good old boys enacted, M & G bought property accepting those rules, G pointedly & aggressively violated those rules to M’s objective loss, M enforcing rules.

it's not a pole barn ; it's a steel frame 25' high, two story, 40' x 60' industrial building placed 18' from my property, when his land is 325' wide and he has 1.6 acres dozen other places he could place it, but he CHOSE to violate the law bc obeying it would mean 1 hr of work
