Should CS even be an undergraduate option? Vs CE or focus within a math BS (or BA). None of which should be confused with basic programming skills (though all should start with that). But I have no special field knowledge.

Cornell didn't teach me any programming at all. 100% theory We were expected to learn C and Unix on our own.
