Serious question: how does it happen that all farmhands you employed seems to totally lack any kind of common sense? My father works in a farm and I live in a very rural area, with a lot of seasonal farm jobs, and they all seems to be labor, but not skill-intensive

People with brains increasingly get told to go to college and live in a pod. And they do. And say what you will about the pods (700 sq. ft. in Queens was underrated pre-COVID albeit risky in a COVID sort of way), this farm thing sure seems like a lot of work.
