Did 500 KB swings on Monday, interleaved w "renegade rows", starting w 50 lb dummbells and moving up to 70 lb on top set. Absolutely totally wiped. Lats were still wiped this morning when I woke up, 48 hrs later. Dreaded gym, but tried anyway. 1 set of 50 KB swings and...nope
