I do that all the time. I also write "Y!" in books, for
@DavidYontz, when I see errors. (He catches these—my copyeditor on my syn. column for years + I begged my publisher & got him as CE on my last 2 books.) Just did "Y!" on "Michael Server" in book which should've been "Serber"Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

First book I clearly remembering reading. Bored out of my mind, mom dropped me off at library, intriguing title. Hooked on Heinlein. Starship Troopers and John Ford movies probably drove my career choices.

For me it was his novel Space Cadet Ended in riding herd on ballistic missiles on a nuke submarine for a couple of years Still pissed off that we essentially “skipped” a generation to work out in space - I thought I had lined myself up perfectly for a job that didn’t exist Sad
